Many of our residents take great pleasure in exploring the Helderberg Nature Reserve on foot. The reserve features an extensive network of walking trails, providing options for walkers of all levels. Trails range from short, leisurely strolls of just 2 kilometres to more challenging hikes that can last up to 7 hours, allowing outdoor adventurers to immerse themselves in the breathtaking natural beauty of the area. Whether you seek a relaxing day in nature or a vigorous hike, Somerset West and its surroundings have something for everyone.
