Building a retirement home at The Somerset Lifestyle and Retirement Village, was the very best decision my husband – Eion, and I ever made.
After visiting several retirement villages, we were drawn back to The Somerset. It was not only because of the beautiful views and the good quality build, but because of the super friendly team and very knowledgeable and helpful agent – Margi, that helped to make our experience extra special.
We needed to rent property while building, and in no time Elzaan and Margi sorted out a place for us to rent. We decided to have our home built for us here on the estate, and found a wonderful piece of land with views of the sea and mountains. We were fortunate to be able to choose
- the tiles,
- carpets,
- colour of the inside walls and
- even the layout and cupboards for our kitchen.
We are so enjoying our new lifestyle and feel very safe with the 24 hour security which is manned by friendly guards who also patrol the grounds. We love our little cottage and are very happy that we made such a perfect choice for our retirement years.
