A very good friend of mine asked me to join her, to have a look at The Somerset Lifestyle and Retirement Village. She liked it very much and wanted me to give her a professional opinion, as I had been in the property industry for many years.

We viewed the homes on offer [show houses] and the quality and designs were excellent. As a result, I went home to Cape Town to think about it – I thought “I could live there…”

The village had so much to offer, backed up by one of the top developers. We were one of the first to move in to The Somerset; we have been in the village nearly 4 years and enjoying the lifestyle very much.  While this came about just by giving a friend advice, we have not regretted our move at all.

We are watching the estate grow together with like-minded people, forming new friendships, with a wonderful club house, wine farms on our doorstep and excellent medical professionals nearby.
