Recently, Andy and Sue Mac Lennan moved into their beautiful, newly built Life Right Cottage in Phase 7.2 at The Somerset. This is what they had to say: From Seamless Build to Same-Day Service: Our Journey to The Somerset.

“Andy and I moved into The Somerset 3 weeks ago. Our build was an absolute pleasure!

We lived in Cape Town, and it was a real journey to visit each time we were required to provide input on finishes, etc. But the enjoyment of seeing the progress made it all worthwhile. It was as though the fairies had come in while we were sleeping and done all the hard work!

Rouche and Mario took us through our build – they were reassuring throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Thank you, Margi, for seamlessly guiding us through the purchase process, and Anthony for his support and reassurance with the Life Rights choice.

Since our arrival, the attention to any issues with our new house has been absolutely amazing! There would always be snags with a brand-new build, but we would no sooner let Admin know than somebody was here to fix it – same-day service!

The hospitality and warmth of the Clubhouse staff have been lovely, and the welcome and friendliness of other residents have helped us so much.

We look forward to many happy years here.

Sincerest thanks from Andy and me.”
