Dion Potgieter is the Managing Director of Westacre Homes (Pty) Ltd. He is also a co-Director of the greater Westacre Property Group. He serves as CEO of the property developing group known as Proud Heritage Property 80 which is the development Company for the group in the prestigious “The Somerset Lifestyle and Retirement Village”. He also serves on the Board of Trustees in The Somerset Lifestyle and Retirement Village.
Dion has 21 years of experience in the development and construction industry of high-quality residential homes on free-standing erven as well as in the many Westacre Gated Villages which are dotted in and around the Helderberg Basin. He and his team have successfully built and renovated 290 homes as well as commercial property ventures to date in the Helderberg area over the past 21 years.
Dion strives to deliver a hands-on service that stands out in terms of personal attention to detail and meeting the desires of each of his clients. He believes in quality supervision and building good communication with each of his clients. He believes in building lasting relationship with all his clients with an emphasis on earning each client’s trust and maintain a high level of integrity.
