My wife and I have been looking for a while for a place to spend the rest of our lives.

Having lived in Cape Town for 38 years we are very familiar with its environs.

We live in Mpumalanga and have decided to relocate back to Cape Town but to Somerset West. Having on numerous occasions visited my son and his family in Somerset West, we decided to have a closer look at The Somerset Lifestyle and Retirement village.

We were given a super welcome by The Somersets’ Sales Consultant – Margi Hoffe, and shown around the establishment. Being impressed, I asked if I could come again the next day but this time with my son to have a look and him, also to evaluate.

This was done and I arrived back again the day after with my wife, this time for a much closer look at apartments and an actual dwelling which would appeal to us.

We have decided not to look elsewhere as The Somerset appeals to the whole family and ticks all the boxes! So, the decision has been made and we are extremely happy with our decision.

I do believe we will be extremely happy and secure and will be able to make a host of new friends and of course, be near the rest of our family living in the Strand.
